With a multidisciplinary background spanning banking, design, hospitality, and real estate, my journey has always been driven by a single purpose — to develop spaces that create long-term value, meaningful experiences, and lasting impact.

My professional foundation began at Standard Chartered Bank, where I was recognized with the Best Achiever Award for performance excellence. This experience shaped my approach to strategy, financial discipline, and customer-centric thinking, principles that continue to guide every development we undertake.

Fueled by a deep passion for design and planning, I moved into entrepreneurship with the launch of Dinsignia – Architects & Interiors in 2004. The firm earned the prestigious CERA Design Award, reinforcing our commitment to creating spaces that balance functionality, aesthetics, and purpose.

Today, as the founder of Starrbites, my focus is on building a land development company that goes beyond conventional real estate. Starrbites is dedicated to developing thoughtfully planned land projects that combine strategic location, future growth potential, and lifestyle value. Our goal is not just to sell land, but to create investment-driven destinations that evolve into thriving communities.

In addition to Starrbites, I lead ventures across hospitality and technology, including Ivlina Food and Hospitality Pvt Ltd and Brick and Beams Technology Pvt Ltd, bringing a broader perspective of customer experience, infrastructure, and innovation into our developments.

Through Ivlina, we established a strong hospitality presence in Ahmedabad with our hotel brand Swadakshni, located in one of the city’s most vibrant commercial hubs, an experience that further shaped our understanding of location value and user-centric development.

I hold an MBA from Indian Business Academy and completed my schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bangalore. I have also had the honor of receiving the President’s Award from Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, and I continue to carry a lifelong passion for sports, recognized as Best Football Player during my school years.
