My Journey – Building with Purpose
Early Years – Foundation & Discipline
My journey began with a strong academic and personal foundation at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bangalore, where I was honored as the Best Football Player. I later received the President’s Award from Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, shaping my early belief in discipline, performance, and excellence.
Early Career – Banking (Standard Chartered Bank)
I started my professional journey at Standard Chartered Bank, where I was recognized with the Best Achiever Award. This phase built my understanding of strategy, financial discipline, and customer-centric thinking, principles that continue to guide my work even today.
2003 – Entering the World of Design
Driven by a passion for design and creation, I launched Dinsignia – Architects & Interiors.
The firm went on to receive the CERA Design Award, reinforcing my commitment to creating spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and purpose.
2007 – 2015 – Furniture Manufacturing Venture
To deepen my understanding of materials and execution, I started a furniture manufacturing unit, handling both production and sales.
Over time, I transitioned the business to my team, empowering them to run it independently, an experience that strengthened my belief in team-building and long-term sustainability.
2015 – 2022 – Education & Design Leadership
In 2015, I founded PCOLE (Interior & Architecture School of Design), which I successfully ran for 7 years.
This journey allowed me to mentor future designers while building a strong foundation in design education, creativity, and industry exposure.
Hospitality & Expansion – Ivlina & Technology Ventures
Parallelly, I expanded into hospitality with Ivlina Food and Hospitality Pvt Ltd, launching our hotel brand Swadakshni in Ahmedabad, located in a prime commercial hub.
I also founded Brick and Beams Technology Pvt Ltd, bringing innovation and technology into the development ecosystem.
Present – Starrbites & Land Development Vision
Today, as the founder of Starrbites, my focus is on redefining real estate through thoughtfully planned land developments.
We go beyond conventional real estate, creating projects that combine location advantage, lifestyle value, and long-term investment potential.
Flagship Vision – Tiiger Trail
This vision comes to life through our flagship project, Tiiger Trail, located in the Sri Sathya Sai District, on the Karnataka–Andhra Pradesh border.
Tiiger Trail is more than a project, it represents a shift towards nature-led, sustainable, and purpose-driven land ownership.
